Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of all full price, unworn, product in original condition within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. After 14 days, all sales are final.

Once merchandise has been returned, buyer will receive a complete refund within 2-5 business days.

We are happy to accomodate any requests to exchange if an item is not quite right. Email us with your request: hello@kitwan.co

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
